Our gorgeous holiday home, Flear House, is perfect for larger family gatherings or group stays. A magnificent Georgian country farmhouse, we’ve painstakingly renovated and refurbished throughout to create a sumptuous yet welcoming space. Set in lawned gardens with a private outdoor swimming pool and glorious valley views, Flear House will help you create magical memories for that special occasion. 

You could wander our extensive grounds, visit the animals and play a game on our full size tennis court. Or you could simply take in the views while the kids run free in our sheltered playground. Whatever you choose to do, you’ll find you can happily while away the hours at Flear Farm. And if the weather turns the fun needn’t stop, simply head inside our playbarn, take a dip in the pool or book a spa treatment. All easily accessible within a few paces of your front door.

Located only a few miles from some of South Devon’s best beaches, offering water sports such as sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding, you’ll find plenty of family-friendly holiday activities to keep you entertained during your stay. While if you’re keen walkers you’ll have easy access to the glorious South Devon Coast Path as well as Dartmoor National Park a little further away to the north. 

Closer to hand you’ll find the market town of Kingsbridge, just under a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants. There’s even a pub a mile or so up the road.

From the opportunity to stroll in a sea of bluebells in the woods in spring, to windy beach walks in the winter followed by some bubbles in our hot tub. Each season at Flear is different. And each has something special to offer. 

Book to come in autumn when the woods are displaying their colours, the hedgerows are bursting with blackberries, and the orchard is full of apples to be picked and baked in a pie, or in early summer when the grounds are newly green and lush and the stream is in full flow.
