You can use Satnav, TQ9 7RF will get you directly to our property, but be warned! SatNav’s will often take you down long stretches of country lanes thinking it is saving you time - it isn't, and if you're not used to driving in country lanes you may find this a stressful way of getting to us.
From Exeter follow the A38 towards Plymouth (Not Torbay). At the Dart Bridge exit turn off onto the A384 (signposted Buckfastleigh, Totnes, Kingsbridge). Follow the Totnes signs. At the traffic lights as you enter Totnes, turn right on the A381 (signposted Kingsbridge).
Go through Harbertonford and Halwell, on up the hill passing Totnes Cross BP petrol station on your left. Travel exactly 1 mile further until you see a turning on the left in the direction of East Allington and Slapton, slow down and take this turning.
Continue down this lane and take the second right signposted for East Allington.
Continue down this lane, up the hill and you will get to a staggered crossroads. Turn right for East Allington.
Once you reach East Allington continue on this road driving through the village, the road will take you up the hill towards the church at the top of the village. Just past the church (and the school) the road forks. Take the right hand fork. This is our lane.
Continue down our lane for just over a mile and as the lane bends to the left our entrance is straight ahead. There are two entrances side by side. Take the right hand entrance into Flear.
