Converted from an old stable, this cosy cottage still retains its charming old features such as a lovely stable door and slate flag stone floor. As well as a beautiful outdoor patio area with dining table and chairs – perfect for relaxing with the Sunday papers while the kids play.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a comfortable living area, with wood burner for cooler evenings, and stairs that lead up to the first floor. There you’ll find the master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and a second bedroom which has bunks and a single bed. 

Additional cots are available if needed along with highchairs, stair gates, baby monitors and even babysitting services should you wish to enjoy a night out during your stay.

Venture out of the cottage and you’ll find all the best that Flear Farm has to offer. From tennis to fishing, walking to den-building in the woods, our 27-acres can cater for it all. 

Duck’s Nest can be let alone as a single holiday cottage for a family of five, or thanks to its removable and sound proofed interconnecting door, can be  opened up to be rented alongside Quarry offering the perfect group accommodation for two families who want to enjoy a holiday together but retain their own space.
