Tucked away from it all in the corner of our courtyard is The Stalls, a comfortable holiday cottage that is spread over three floors. Perfectly proportioned for a family with four children or a holiday with the grandparents, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

With exposed beams and whitewashed walls throughout, this is a wonderfully calming and neutral space to enjoy. The traditional stable door opens directly into open plan ground floor space, with a Shaker style kitchen on one side and comfortable living/dining area on the other. There’s even a rustic wood-burning stove in the corner make this a cosy, homely space to come back to after a day exploring the local area. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to the master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and to the further two twin rooms (one of which can easily convert to a super king) and shower room on the top floor.

Just outside this 6-bed holiday cottage you’ll find a table and chairs – spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy a delicious al fresco meal. And wander a few paces further away from your door to find a wealth of activities for all ages, from the 12m indoor pool to the pitch ‘n’ putt and BBQ terrace. Meanwhile if you’re nature lovers you’ll find plenty to explore in our beautiful 27-acre grounds. Follow the stream as it winds through the valley, stomp through the woods and look out for (and listen out for!) all the animals.
