In the comfortable living area, you’ll immediately spot a large wood burning stove – just right for stoking up a fire if you visit us during the cooler months, as well as the large inset TV over the fireplace.

Orchard Lodge’s state-of-the-art kitchen includes a dual fuel country style cooking range, plus stunning granite worktops and extensive cupboard space for all the goodies you bring with you. This is a wonderful space to spend time together, cook a good meal and put the world to rights.

A modern bathroom with a double sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower, a bathtub, and stylish mosaic tiling, complemented by neatly folded towels and soft lighting.

The lower floor contains three bedrooms two with en suite bathrooms, and the twin has a third bathroom opposite, while the master bedroom contains a shower for two and a jacuzzi bath.

Outside you’ll find a private decked area with wooden garden furniture, a BBQ and lawned area for the kids to play. So you can relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful view across our beautiful apple orchard and the valley beyond.

Elsewhere on the estate you’ll find child-friendly (and weather-friendly!) facilities for all ages. Take the little ones into our playbarn, complete with soft play and numerous games, and you might find it hard to drag them away again. While older kids will enjoy our outdoor play area, pitch ‘n’ putt and more.

And because we like to make holidays as stress-free as possible, we offer plenty of other helpful services too. Try our honesty shop for any bits and pieces you may have forgotten, or find a babysitter if you fancy some time out alone. Need anything? Just ask!

You have made such a wonderful holiday set up

We had such a wonderful relaxed and rejuvenating stay with you. We loved Orchard Lodge and look forward to staying there again in the not too distant future. The set up was perfect for our little granddaughter and she adored the daily visits by your delightful pigs to the fence round the garden for some vegetable peelings and a good scratch! You have made such a wonderful holiday set up and we were very happy to combine days just relaxing at Flear Farm combined with a couple of short days out at Dartington, Totnes, and Blackpool Sands. Such a lovely holiday!
