Sympathetically restored from Flear Farm’s old stone and slate farm buildings with many original features, our holiday cottages sleep from two to nine people and are fully equipped to make your self catering family holiday stress-free and relaxing. We even have DBS-checked baby sitters available!
Each of our luxury self-catering cottages in South Devon include a well-stocked kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you’ll need. You’ll also find a variety of appliances including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, helping you effortlessly cater for those big family meals. All cottages have a washing machine or laundry access to wash out grass-stained trousers too.

Our therapist Donna will help work out any stress and tension you have in our relaxing spa complex, and afterwards, take a moment to let our enclosed steam room and sauna work its magic. Outside, set into the Sun Terrace floor awaits the large hand tiled hot tub, with views across the valley. Go in alone to relax in the calm of the countryside, or take the family in for bubbly fun!

Our 27 acre farm was lovingly converted in the 70's from a working farm to a family-friendly paradise. Our collection of cottages have been thoughtfully rennovated and refurbished, keeping the original charm and soul of the South Hams whilst blending in modern luxuries.
We've worked hard to make our location and facilities the perfect base for your adventure, whether exploring or staying on site to take advantage of all we offer including 40’ indoor pool with spa and treatment room, well-stocked playbarn with soft play area, ride-ons, table football, ping pong, pool table, wendy house and trampoline.
